Campus Tour

This is our church from Kiernan Street, built in 1911 in Craftsman style.
The first time you visit, you may park next to the door. We have three spots for visitors and an electric car charging station; located on your right as you drive in.
This is the entrance to the patio between the Sanctuary and the Block Building where we gather after services.


Our pulpit was built by Walt Lab, former art professor at Modesto Junior College and a long-time member – out of a walnut stump turned up-side down.

Our six-part stained glass window is absolutely beautiful.

This window spreads out over three normal sash windows.


We take pride in our sanctuary on the occasion. For 20 years, we’ve carried the banner on the left in General Assembly (GA) parades; our annual nation-wide UU convention.
Elaine Arnold quilted the banner on the right. It incorporates our water tank chalice.
This wisteria vine covers the south entrance to the Johnson Room where we gather for coffee and snacks after service.


This is our back yard looking out from the Johnson Room. We enjoy a space for our children to play in it after services.
The small building in the back is named “Sarana Kuti”. A Buddh
We also use our backyard to celebrate holidays and have events.
