One thing that makes Unitarian Universalism different from the other branches of Christianity is that we gather together in shared community to support each other’s beliefs, and in search of truth and meaning instead of gathering together to support a pre-programmed, unalterable, common belief. What does it mean to be a People of Promise? Come to church this week and find out. Worship Leaders are Rev. Darcy Baxter and Brian Wise.
Music will be provided by April Gutierrez and Karen Odell. They’ll be accompanied on the guitar by Joe Homer. We will be singing Hymn No. 112 Do You Hear, No. 155 Circle ‘Round for Freedom following the meditation portion of our service, and the closing hymn will be No, 34 Though I May Speak with Bravest Fire.
The children’s story will be Each Kindness by Jacqueline Woodson, and read by Carol Schaefer.
