How many times do we say, “I meant to tell her that she …”, in reference to a compliment or a way we are remembering someone struggling that never makes it out of our mouth? When such things do make it out of our mouth, what’s our motivation? In the midst of a world so often seeming as if it is falling apart and with much “bigger fish to fry”, are “in breakings” like this into folks lives really a priority?
