What's New

Comments, questions or problems:

A liberal religious voice in the Central Valley since 1953.

In the past week we have accomplished the following:

  • We obtained our inspection from DER for the Septic System as planned and were able to backfill the leach lines and septic system.

  • We removed and replaced the Modesto irrigation line running along the South property line as planned. We intend to grade the South property line slightly higher (making a slight levee) in order to eliminate water intrusion during those twice-a-month watering periods from next door.

  • We installed and backfilled the manhole for the French Drain. What remains is to install two large trench drains that will tie into the man holes. We expect to complete this work by Wednesday.

This coming week’s activities include:

  • Completion of the French Drain System

  • Replacement of the cattle fence along the south property line

  • Re-stake site for Building corners

  • Begin installation of the building concrete stem wall footings

Summary:

The project is moving forward as planned with no potential delays.

We’re on schedule to set the Modular Buildings on July 20, 2010.
